With over 28 years of experience in immigration law, Ms. Dana Ritter provides highly skilled and experienced legal services to clientele worldwide. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Employment Immigration and has served a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 and 100 companies, corporations, small businesses and individuals in the IT, medical, semiconductor, manufacturing, oil, finance, non-profits and other business sectors. In addition, she has represented many individuals with their immigration needs including Family Immigration, students, DACA, citizenship and more and enjoys working directly with people on a one-on-one basis. With this extensive experience, as well as working from a high level of personal integrity, Ms. Ritter strives to provide top-level legal guidance to our clientele.
Ms. Ritter is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California where she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1993. Prior to law school, Ms. Ritter completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California. Ms. Ritter has worked for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) as well as In-House General Counsel for a technology company in Silicon Valley performing all immigration, employment, and contract matters. Ms. Ritter is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA,) both Northern California and Santa Clara Valley Chapters. Previously, she has served as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division and has held various positions on the Executive Board of the Santa Clara Valley American Immigration Lawyers Association including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Ms. Ritter has worked as an AILA Liaison with the San Jose USCIS Office, Department of Labor, and USCIS Service Centers.
Ms. Ritter is a member of the California State Bar Association in good standing since 1993; American Immigration Lawyers Association; National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and an active member in the Northern District Bankruptcy Court and the Central District Bankruptcy Court.
